Sam Chatterley
Associate Lawyer
Sam is an Associate Lawyer with a strong focus on Commercial and Corporate law, advising businesses on key legal matters including intellectual property, corporate structuring, governance, and commercial transactions. He takes a strategic yet practical approach, helping clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
He has also developed a broad legal foundation that includes exposure to Estate Planning and succession matters. This diverse background allows him to provide practical advice tailored to each client’s long-term objectives.
Sam has a people-first approach and is driven by a genuine desire to help clients make confident, informed decisions. He brings a commercial mindset to legal problem-solving, shaped by a passion for entrepreneurship and firsthand experience supporting early-stage businesses.
Originally from Canada, Sam enjoys all things sports, being an avid Seattle Seahawks fan, spending time with friends and family, and enjoys time on the golf course when he’s not working.
