Jameson Smith
Director and Lawyer
Jameson Smith is a Director and Lawyer with extensive experience in Commercial Law, Business Advisory, and Succession & Estate Planning. Having worked across small to mid-tier firms, he brings a broad and practical understanding of the legal and strategic issues faced by business owners and families.
While Jameson’s knowledge is deep and wide-ranging, his approach is always centred on the client. He prioritises clear, practical advice and long-term relationships, aiming to be a trusted advisor rather than a one-time service provider. He’s driven by a genuine passion for helping people protect what matters most, their businesses, their legacies, and their future.
What excites him most is seeing clients take confident next steps, knowing they’re set up for success and that their hard work is protected for the next generation.
Outside the office, Jameson is an avid follower of sports, especially the NFL, rugby, and golf. He’s also a dedicated podcast listener and enjoys spending time with his dogs, particularly his favourite breed, staffies.
