Alexandra (Ally) Vickerman
Senior Associate
Ally Vickerman is a Senior Associate predominantly practising in the corporate and commercial space with a specialisation in tax. Ally works alongside the firm’s commercial and corporate team to deliver integrated advice on complex transactions, ensuring tax efficiency is built into deal structures from the outset rather than considered as an afterthought. That dual perspective means clients get advice that’s not just technically sound, but genuinely deliverable; structures that work in practice, not just on paper.
With over seven years of experience advising high-growth startups and high-net-worth individuals, Ally has a reputation for combining her knowledge of complex tax law and corporate law into clear commercial guidance. What sets her advice apart is the ability to see both sides of a deal at once: the commercial logic driving it and the tax consequences that follow from it, providing a unique and invaluable position for her clients.
Outside the office, Ally spends most of her time with her husband, son and dog, and is happiest with a bit of sport and good food thrown into the mix; whether that’s attending a Gold Coast Suns match or fish and chips (and a vino) by the beach.
